Our client has engaged the contractor Erith to demolish the existing building. Work has commenced, and they have already completed the soft strip out and demolished the entire 5th floor. Planning consent was obtained in 2019 and we are excited to be working on the project to deliver a 46,000 sqft new-build office for Amdec UK.
The scheme involves the demolition of the existing five storey building, and the construction of a new building with a basement, retail at ground and lower ground floor level and six floors of B1 office space above, increasing the gross internal floor area from 28,000 sqft to 46,000 sqft.
