MWA have recently completed Stage 3 Design to re-imagine a semi-detached villa located within the St John’s Wood Conservation area. The property is an unlisted building of merit, which has not been re-developed in over four decades.
Through regular client presentations, MWA worked through defined areas such as the kitchen, bedrooms, and bathrooms, to incrementally build up the look and feel of the house for the client. Attention was drawn to the finishes selected for each space, by gathering material samples and creating illustrative elevations.
The cumulative process has resulted in a design which features rich and distinct spaces that harmonise as an elegant family home.
