Following our successful delivery of OneWelbeck’s flagship site in Marylebone in 2020, MWA were appointed to carry out the fit out an adjacent building to expand the existing private healthcare facility. This extension will be connected to OneWelbeck via a proposed link bridge. The building is Grade II listed and is located within the Harley Street Conservation Area of Westminster, London.
Proposals will transform the existing office floors into a Skin Health Dermatology Centre and a Pain Management Clinic. For the interiors, we maintained the same warm material palette used previously but opted for softer tones to complement the light-filled spaces. Glazed screens have been introduced around the consultation rooms to bring natural light deeper into the space.
