Marek Wojciechowski Architects has submitted pre-application proposals for a project within the Holland Park Conservation Area of the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea.
The proposals seek to add a new penthouse level to an existing apartment building just of Kensington High Street, built in 1928.
The new penthouse level will be a sensitive addition that maintains the proportions of the existing façade, while providing views over Holland Park and across the London skyline. The design of the new penthouse level will complement the existing building and conservation area, while creating new homes in the borough.
