This Grade II listed property in Maida Vale continues to progress on site. Demolition works began in March to remove insensitive alterations including the rear conservatory. The principle of the development is to refurbish and rejuvenate the dwelling in keeping with the character of the St John’s Wood Conservation Area whilst creating a contemporary family home for our Clients.
