Feasibility studies prepared to redevelop a 7,300sqft family home in Hampstead

Location: Hampstead
Size: 7,300 sqft

MWA have been appointed to redevelop a 7,300sqft family home in one of the firm’s specialist areas, Hampstead. The building is located within the Fitzjohns Netherhall Conservation Area of The London Borough of Camden. The existing building is not listed or locally listed and is currently arranged over ground, lower ground, first and second floors.

Proposals include a full refurbishment, replacement side extension and basement along with an integrated landscaping scheme, uplifting the area of the property to 7,300sqft. The use of red terracotta on the proposed pavilion references the materiality of the host building and surrounding context of the conservation area.
