Following the successful delivery of our Phase I and Phase II Welbeck Clinic, MWA are progressing with designs to develop a healthcare facility across two sites in Battersea.
With the rising demand for high-quality medical services, the need for modern healthcare facilities has increased significantly. As a result, repurposing existing spaces for these facilities has become a common practice in the industry.
Phase I involves the fitout of existing retail units into a new healthcare clinic within the Grade II* Listed Battersea Power Station. The proposal is for a multi-specialty medical group to create a new high-quality facility. The scheme will include a pharmacy, general consulting and dedicated imaging suites.
Our material palette includes elements of timber, dark metal and textured glass, thoughtfully integrated to complement the exposed concrete and brickwork that define this historic site. This combination forms the foundation of a unique healthcare environment. The design motifs, inspired by the healthcare’s brand identity, runs as a common thread through both site locations, ensuring a cohesive and recognisable experience for patients.
