Following on from a positive pre application process, MWA have successfully received planning permission for the extension and refurbishment of a Grade II Listed family home in Northwest London. The application seeks permission for the internal refurbishment works, excavation and construction of a basement, demolition and replacement of the rear extension and associated hard and soft landscaping.
