Refurbishment of a Grade I listed John Nash house in Regent's Park
Marek Wojciechowski Architects carried out the full internal refurbishment, redecoration and remodelling of this 6,000 sqft Grade I listed John Nash house in Regents Park. The project included the sensitive remodelling of the lower ground floor, inserting a double height glass extension to provide open plan kitchen and family areas. MWA carried out a full interior architecture and design project throughout the property’s principle spaces. MWA successfully liaised with Westminster City Council, the Crown Estate and English Heritage to secure all relevant consents whilst ensuring all requirements in the client’s brief were surpassed.
