MWA are developing designs for a new-build beach front family home on the coast of Bournemouth. MWA has proposed to replace the existing property which has been subject to unsympathetic alterations with a new high quality dwelling that seeks to restore the site’s original hierarchy and grandeur. Designs include a grand light-filled central atrium stair; a master suite that overlooks the English Channel; and a unique perforated shutter system as a contemporary response to the vernacular of the Boscombe Manor Conservation Area.
